On Behalf of the Crew and the Admin team, we would like to wish everyone a good summer and safe travels to wherever they may be heading.

Interview with Mazzaman

This is an interview with the legendary admin Mazzaman, hes a dear friend and i hope you all enjoy the interview.

NycFootBaller says: Hey Mazza, mind if I interview you?

Mazzaman says: Hey Nyc, sure.

NycFootBaller says: So mate, how long have you been loyally serving PS as an admin?

Mazzaman says: I think it’s been about a year and a half, maybe more.

NycFootBaller says: Wow, so you have been quite committed!

Now what made you want to retire from the game?

Mazzaman says: Haha, yeah I tried my best.  Well my spare time began to become less and less so eventually it got to a point where I can only come on occasionally.

It’s not that I wanted to leave.

NycFootBaller says: Just got harder to do your job correctly

Mazzaman says: Haha, I did my job just fine. Just not enough time to do so.

After that long, you know pretty much everything 😛

NycFootBaller says: You have had many accomplishments on PS like Co founding the clan Razza, and of course being a legendary admin, do you think you have accomplished everything you can on PS?

Mazzaman says: I did quite a few things I am happy about, not sure all though. As you can see, a horrible run of matches completely destroyed my RP and it’s been extremely long since I’ve played a proper match or a match at all.

NycFootBaller says: I am sure you will bounce back fine, the new version has forced everyone to relearn how to play 😉

Mazzaman says: Hehe, well that’s true. Well I only return to catch up a little and as I’m FA, I check the forums out.

So that isn’t really high on my to do list 😛

NycFootBaller says: On mine either 😉

Well it’s been a pleasure speaking with you and good luck in the future and thanks for the interview!

Mazzaman says: Thanks for the interview. You too. Bye

April Fool’s

Hey Power Soccer, As most of you know April 1st is April Fool’s day and like everywhere else in the world, PS had its own little jokes that it played. This year, the jokes were extremely well thought out and of course the MA’s orchestrated all this. There were a few admin only jokes that I cannot mention, but the one joke that everyone on PS saw was the Fun Bringing Admin thread in the forum. This post by Airfix_9 was so cleverly thought out and contained a secret code which can be seen in the post now. The code read April Fool, the main objective of this post was to “spam” Hogweed’s and Powdersnow’s emails with 100’s of emails. I give a big congratulations to the MA team and the Crew for cleverly fooling us all. I had at least 20 users who asked me about the FBA position after I found out it was a joke, so the joke worked for sure! Happy April Fool’s everyone, and next year the MA’s better watch out, payback is inevitable!

Having Restraint

Lately from what I have noticed, is that the amount of people being banned is higher than ever before. This is shocking to me because Power Soccer is a fantastic game with a fantastic community, why are we ruining it with swearing and other types of behavior. Here are some tips on how to handle certain situations. If someone has sworn at you or done something else just as bad do not swear back, just take a screen shot or go tell an admin. If you instigate the situation and make it worse than it was originally before, this means that you now have the chance of being banned or worse. Another key factor is having restraint, this basically means control of yourself and your actions. So please remember to have control of yourself and your actions and be aware that admins don’t want to ban anyone, and that you as the users represent Power Soccer and its community and I ask you to remember that before you act.
