Coaches – Good or Bad?

Now that we have had our trial week of coaches, I’m interested as to what you think of them in general. Looking in the thread by powdersnow, I can see that some people do not like coaches. There are a few reasons for this, which are they stuff up 200+ skills, people are not prepared to change and so imediately hate it and that they believe that money (powertokens) should not give you a good advantage over plain skill. And I understand where these people are coming from, in fact, I agree with them, though it’s only the last reason that I do.

I mean, there’s only so far money will take you in real life, isn’t there? Why should people who have more powertokens become more advantaged and thus get more rank points and win more games just because of power tokens. Of course, some of you must be thinking “How is this different from club members?” and alas, you are right. Club members too, get advantaged because of money. And why? The reason – or a reason – is because the Crew needs to make money, and this as well as advertising is a way to get it.

There will also be people in real life who are more advantaged then us because they have more money, but we have to accpet it. The thing about it though, is that if we beat those people who have more money it becomes extremely satisfying, knowing that you have beat people that are more advantaged than you.

Now it’s up to you. Are coaches good or bad?
