Yet again revolution1910 stole the show, with a Weekly Recap recon 12 official cup wins! He blew the old record by 2 (his own record), and he gave Mexico a huge boost, with some help from sabakunogaara. USA, Turkey, and India had performances below their normal qualities and Mexico was the only one who could give Brazil a run for their money. Morocco had been away from the top for a while but iliazovik brought them right back up with his 6 cup wins, 2/3 of Morocco’s.
